Market Art + Design 2016
Culture lovers rejoice: the Market Art + Design fair is back for its sixth season and is taking up residence in Bridgehampton. Starting July 7th, patrons can enjoy a mix of modern and contemporary art curated by a whopping 45 galleries from around the globe.
Notable newbies include one of New York’s trendiest downtown galleries The Hole, New York and Seattle’s Winston Wachter Fine Art, Miami’s Spinello Projects and Southampton’s Peter Marcelle Project. Returning associates consist of Tally Beck Contemporary, Mindy Solomon Gallery, Brooklyn’s Sugarlift, Joseph Gross Gallery and Walker Waught Gallery.
The fair lasts through the 10th and offers a bevy of food and beverage options. Stand Coffee will be dishing out artisanal roasts with pastry pairings from the Hamptons’ own Blue Duck Bakery. When happy hour hits, Brooklyn’s Fort Defiance will be serving up cocktails and charcuterie. Locally sourced sea fare will be coming at you courtesy of Bon Chovie. CoCo & Co and Lezzetli Ice Cream will be pumping out deserts.
The Hampton’s Market Art + Design fair runs from July 7th through the 10th. You can get your tickets here.
