For our regular rate, a guest can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival, for discounted rates there are NO REFUNDS for canceled reservations.
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Reservations require a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to arrival. For discounted rates, payment is processed in full upon making the reservation. Reservation holders must be 23 years of age or older and present at check-in.

The guaranteed check-in is at 4:00pm. Anything earlier is based upon availability, and we will do our best to accommodate. The check out time is 11 AM as our team needs to clean and prepare the rooms for our next guests. On off-peak days we may have some flexibility. If you would like to linger on the property or utilize the pools, etc., after your room check-out we are happy to store your luggage until you depart.

The Long Island Railroad offers a train service to Montauk. Taxis are readily available to reach the hotel. Bus service is offered by the Hampton Jitney, and the Montauk stop is about 2 ½ blocks from the hotel but taxis are also available.
The hotel is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and shops in Montauk. Transportation to other locations is easily arranged by hotel staff.
Outside food and beverages may be consumed in guest rooms but are not permitted in the hotel’s common public areas and pool.
