The fair lasts through the 10th and offers a bevy of food and beverage options. Stand Coffee will be dishing out artisanal roasts with pastry pairings from the Hamptons’ own Blue Duck Bakery. When happy hour hits, Brooklyn’s Fort Defiance will be serving up cocktails and charcuterie. Locally sourced sea fare will be coming at you courtesy of Bon Chovie. CoCo & Co and Lezzetli Ice Cream will be pumping out deserts.
