Dan’s Papers X 668 The Gig Shack

Hamptons and East End authority Dan’s Papers recently chatted with Montauk golden boy Gray Gardell-Gross, the chef behind some of our favorite local grub over at 668 The Gig Shack, as part of their Dan’s Taste of Summer Countdown.

Traveling has helped Gray really appreciate how one’s surroundings affect the experience of eating great food: “Pasta always seems better in Italy and the steaks seem better in Argentina. Just like our tuna tartare taquitos are great in Montauk in the summer!” Read the full interview here and stop by for a taste for yourself – the restaurant is just a hop and a skip from the Beach House.
